Defensive Carbine 1 (ammo available)

Duration:     8 hrs                                                                         Cost: $150

Introduction:  This course is designed to give the shooter all the tools necessary to operate your gun effectively in almost any shooting situation. Here we master the basics of the gun and build your mindset, confidence and increase your skill level. We also learn what works and what doesn’t when it comes to the support equipment (holsters, chest rigs, etc.).   We use a building-block approach and the day culminates in a comprehensive stress drill.

THIS IS NOT AN INTRODUCTORY CLASS. The student must present proof of familiarity with their firearms and a prior introductory class or pass a short qualification session.

Students will start the day unloaded. Bring guns to the firing line in bags/holster. No magazines inserted, slide/bolt locked open.
